Furthering our commitment to championing better work and working lives in the region, we launched the CIPD Middle East People Conference and Awards last year.  

The second edition will bring together 160+ senior HR professionals and business leaders to discuss the future of the people profession, network and share good practices. 


Update: In light of the recent developments due to the Coronavirus outbreak, and keeping the health, well-being and safety of our community front of mind, we have made the regrettable decision to postpone the CIPD Middle East People Conference & Awards. The conference will now take place on 2 - 3 September 2020, at Sofitel The Palm, Dubai. For further information, please contact us at events@cipd.ae.

We were truly impressed by the quality of speakers and the issues discussed as well as the diverse mix of participating companies and their achievements in driving positive change in people management. We are looking forward to next year’s event already!
